"This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had."
My flight was not canceled, but my ticket was unexpectedly canceled without any explanation. I received no assistance from the airport staff or the online helpdesk. When I finally received a refund, it was only 25% of the original ticket value. I have already reported this issue to the police and I am currently waiting for KLM's response to my lawsuit.
The behavior of the airport staff and online support was absolutely shocking. After enduring 1 hour and 40 minutes of unhelpfulness, I gave up and requested a new ticket. However, the staff charged me an exorbitant price of 100,000 THB for the new ticket, which was significantly higher than the live price available online. It makes me wonder if the staff were pocketing the extra money.
Eventually, I managed to obtain a new ticket, but to my surprise, I was assigned the same seat as my original ticket. I may not be an expert, but I am certain that I will never choose to fly with KLM/Air France again. I strongly urge anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation to report it to the police. This appears to be a case of systematic fraud.

The flight got canceled and the customer service is terrible. I had to wait for an hour and got no assistance at all!

Terrible Service and Management
I actually wrote a review an hour ago, but it seems it didn't submit. I wanted to book a flight from Glasgow to HK and wanted to use my £45 birthday gift voucher, which had to be redeemed within three months. However, the link to redeem the voucher had expired. I sent a WhatsApp message to inquire about it, but the customer agent's response was very dismissive. They asked if I had checked the terms and conditions, to which I replied that I had indeed checked them before. I remembered that the terms stated that I had to use the voucher within three months from my birthday, which ended on 31/07/23. I know today is the last day, but it should still be valid. The agent informed me that the maximum number of users for the discount code had been reached, so it was no longer possible to use it. However, I never received any notification stating this. The only thing mentioned was that the voucher was valid for three months from my birthday and that the flights had to depart from UK airports. Those were the only terms I noticed. I receive this discount voucher every year, and for several years now, and I'm certain it never stated that it would become invalid if the maximum number of users redeemed it. It's absurd to send out a gift and then take it back. Ridiculous! My husband and I were so angry that we decided to book our flight with another airline. I'm quite surprised that KLM has such a low rating! My daughter always books flights with KLM, and she had a new luggage damaged by them. They simply told her that there would be no refund for it. Just like other customers have complained, they always find reasons to refuse refunds for damages. My family has always booked flights with KLM, but they have truly disappointed us! The higher-ups need to improve their services and management.

What a terrible company, excuse my language.
I was traveling from Copenhagen to Amsterdam and then continuing on to Seattle!
In Copenhagen, they discovered that one of the plane's tires was completely worn out! It must have been worn out due to air friction during the flight, because I can't imagine someone allowing it to take off from Amsterdam to Copenhagen with worn-out tires. I say this sarcastically.
As a result, we experienced several hours of delay and missed our connecting flight to Seattle. And here's the worst part! We received absolutely no assistance from anyone. We were directed to the transfer area where the ground crew was supposed to help us, but we waited for 50 minutes and no one showed up. We went back to the gate, but the aircrew had no answers either. Now we're flying into the unknown. Hopefully, there are some competent professionals in Amsterdam because KLM in Copenhagen is a complete joke!

To make matters worse, there were no available flights for us that same evening, so we had to stay at a hotel. The next morning, we had to catch a very early flight, which meant we barely got any sleep at the hotel. By the time we arrived in Lisbon at 1 pm, we were extremely tired, and our afternoon was completely ruined by exhaustion. We were also very frustrated because we called a service line to inquire about the delay, but no one seemed to have any information about whether we would miss our flight or not. Additionally, the entire day we had planned to spend in Lisbon was cut short, and we were left feeling exhausted. Needless to say, we will never fly with KLM again.
