"Booking issue mostly sorted, but support felt slow"
I had an issue with my booking and, the response to my complaint took longer than I expected. They did manage to fix part of the problem, so that was something, but I still felt like I was being overlooked most of the time. It probably would’ve been a much better experience if communication had been a bit quicker and clearer

i booked through KLM and the flight itself was okay, nothing really went wrong. the staff were nice enough too. but the legroom was too tight for me, and i’m not even that tall. my knees were basically pressed against the seat in front for most of the trip, which made it uncomfortable overall.

"Easy enough last-minute flight change"
I had to change my KLM flight at the last minute last week, and it was mostly straightforward. I went on klm.co in the evening, and the site showed the new flight options clearly, including the fare difference before I paid, which made the decision easier. The only annoying bit was after payment — it sat loading for a while, and for a minute or two I wasn’t sure if it had actually gone through. The confirmation email came a few minutes later though, so it all worked out. Overall, a good experience. Not totally perfect, but it didn’t add much stress to an already rushed situation.

"Pretty easy to change my flight dates"
I had to change my ticket twice, and it was much easier than I expected. It took a little bit of time to go through the steps, but there was no real stress or confusion, which I appreciated.

"Refund took a while"
I had to follow up with KLM a few times about my refund, and the replies were kind of slow. I did get the money back eventually, but the whole thing felt a bit messy and not very clear. Just a bit frustrating, especially when flights already cost so much these days.

"Decent for the price, but the add-ons add up"
Overall, I’d say it’s an okay value. I picked it up after comparing a few options one evening, probably while waiting for dinner to finish, and the base price seemed reasonable. The main thing is that once you start looking at the extras, the cost adds up faster than I expected. It’s not a bad deal if you stick with the basics, but the upgrades felt a little too expensive for what they are.

"Suitcase Never Showed Up"
My suitcase never arrived, and the staff just kept passing me from one person to another. It took days before I heard anything at all. There was just something about it that felt really disorganized, and the baggage handling was poor

"My flight ended up getting changed..."
My flight ended up getting changed trying to sort it out with KLM was a bit of a headache. I kept clicking around the website thinking I’d find the right place, but it just sort of sent me in circles, and then the chat wasn’t much better because it didn’t really answer what I was asking. I did eventually get rebooked, so it worked out in the end, but it took way longer than I expected and I felt like I had to keep chasing it myself. The airport staff were nice, to be fair, but the online support really wasn’t helpful.

"Clean cabin, calm flight"
Flew KLM from London the cabin was really clean. The seats, tray table, and even the toilets still looked tidy later into the flight, which says a lot. Reading between the lines, it felt like the crew actually kept on top of things instead of just doing a quick clean at the start. It made the whole trip feel a lot more comfortable.

"Decent Flight, But the Delay Was Frustrating"
I flew with KLM from the UK and overall it was a okay experience. The main issue was that the flight ended up being delayed by around 45 minutes, and there wasn’t much communication at the gate, which was a bit annoying. To be fair, we did make up some time once we were in the air, so that helped. It wasn’t a bad flight by any means, but considering the price, I did expect the service to be a little more punctual and better organised.

"Made the Flight Feel Way Shorter"
There was a lot to watch, which was a huge help on my long flight. I’m the kind of person who gets bored quickly when I’m stuck in one seat for hours, so having plenty of options made a big difference. I kept finding something else to put on, and before I knew it, a good chunk of the flight had already passed. It definitely made the whole trip feel faster and a lot less tiring...

"Comfy Seats, At Least"
The seats were actually comfy, I’ll give them that. I kept thinking the seats were comfortable, that was probably the best part. Still, I found myself wishing other things were just as good, because the comfy seats were kind of the only thing I kept noticing.

"Not the best flight experience"
I’m not sure what was going on that day, but the cabin crew seemed to ignore us a couple of times when we needed something. The food also came out cold, which was disappointing. Overall it just kind of felt like nobody really cared much

"Booking worked, but could be smoother"
I booked my flights through KLM and it all went through in the end, so no major complaints. A few pages were slow to load though, and I found the seat options a bit unclear at times, not sure if anyone else has noticed that too? It wasn’t a bad experience, but it definitely feels like it could be a bit smoother...

"Canceling was painless"
I ended up canceling it, and it wasn’t a big deal. They got my refund back to me quickly, so that part was all fine, which was nice considering how that usually goes
